Jiangsu Xinhe Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has compiled a guide to avoiding pitfalls in WPC door panel production line procurement, covering common traps and key inspection points to help you avoid hidden costs and delivery risks.

I. Beware of Four Common Procurement Traps

1. Falsely Labeled Parameters, Actual Capacity Reduced: Some manufacturers advertise "high output" (e.g., 600kg/h) but fail to specify that this is a theoretical value under ideal operating conditions. In actual production, due to factors such as raw material fluctuations and downtime for mold changes, the actual capacity may only be 60%-70%.

Countermeasures: Request customer test cases or video verification, clearly specifying the average output data for "continuous stable operation for 72 hours".

2. Inferior Core Components, High Maintenance Costs: For example, using domestic generic PLC controllers to impersonate Siemens, motors without brand markings, and mold steel without heat treatment, leading to unstable operation and short lifespan.

Countermeasures: Contractual Strategy: Clearly list the brands and models of all core components in the contract (e.g., "Siemens S7-1200 PLC," "Jiangyin Duoling Gearbox"), and stipulate that each item be checked during inspection.

3. Frequent Additional Charges After "Low-Price Attraction": The quoted price appears lower than the market price, but it does not include installation, commissioning, molds, or auxiliary equipment (such as mixing machines and cooling towers), ultimately resulting in a total price more than 30% higher.

Countermeasures: Insist on obtaining a complete price list that includes all costs for the equipment itself, molds, auxiliary equipment, transportation, installation, and training.

4. Ineffective After-Sales Service: The manufacturer promises "global service," but in reality, it relies on agents. No one arrives within 7 days of a malfunction, and mold replacement requires a wait of more than 2 weeks.

Countermeasures: Require clauses in the contract such as "72-hour on-site response" and "48-hour provision of spare parts," and verify whether there is a direct service team.

II. Five Key Points for On-Site Machine Inspection

1. Observe Actual Operating Status

Require the manufacturer to start the production line and run it continuously for at least 30 minutes, observing:

2. Verify the Authenticity of Core Configuration

Open the electrical control cabinet and main unit cover, and verify:

3. Test the Consistency of Finished Product Quality Randomly select 3 finished plates and test:

4. Test Multi-Specification Switching Efficiency: If producing multiple door panels, a set of molds must be changed on-site:

5. Review Technical Documentation Completeness: Ensure the following are provided upon delivery:

Special Reminder: Do not place orders based solely on pictures or videos. On-site inspection or third-party supervision is mandatory. For export procurement, request the manufacturer to provide full recordings of the production and testing process to ensure the equipment meets standards.
